Atelier Saint Lambert is situated close to the Atomium - in a authentic and modest building but has all the privacy and tranquility, ideal for an intimate working atmosphere. All spaces can be rented separately, according to needs, availability and budgets. The site is ideal for film- and photo-shootings. 

 

At the street side, behind a large gate, is a  small authentic Brussels house with, on the first floor, two production offices and a edit room. They are furnished with desks and drawers.

On the groundfloor there is a costume and make-up room and a vintage kitchen with professional coffee machine, American fridge and dishwasher - including kitchen utensils and dishes for 30 people.

At the end of a private backyard lies a second small industrial building with on the ground floor a space of about 150 square meters, which can be used as a recording studio. Basic equipment such as some basic lighting , workbench and material are available. On the second floor there is a large room of 130 square meters - loft type - which can serve as a rehearsal room, meeting room, casting room, storage space for props and costumes or as a refectory for the crew. 

 

The spacious garage facing the street can easily accommodate a delivery truck to drive in and unload.
